TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) ASSEMBLY

Invitations are made, printed and assembled by MajesticInvites.com and its vendors. Clients are responsible for sealing their mailer envelopes, placing postage and/or stamps and mailing the invitations to their guests.

2) PRODUCTION TIMELINE
MajesticInvites.com offers a few production options to accommodate our clients:

REGULAR TIMELINE: Please allow 4-5 weeks for regular orders. This time includes production and shipment to your door.

RUSH TIMELINE: Please allow 14 business days upon proof approval for rush orders. This time includes production and shipment to your door. For Rush timeline, add $50.

3) PROOF REVISIONS

Client is allowed revisions to proofs up to 5 draft instances. Additional fees will be incurred for revisions made after 5 draft instances, and/or for revisions reflecting a new direction to the assignment, such as a new item # or or new conceptual input.

4) GUARANTEE

We want you to feel confident that you have selected the best company to print your cards. That's why we stand behind our work with a printing satisfaction guarantee as follows:

If the TEXT printed on your invitations fails to match the proofs approved by a client, we will correct the error free of charge by reprinting new invitations and sending them to you within 7 days. Simply notify us within 3 days upon receiving your package.

Our guarantee does NOT apply to errors in your proofs that you missed yourself and that you discovered only after printing, so please check your proofs thoroughly before sending us your approval for printing. We recommend that you review your final proofs more than once, and/or ask another person to review them.

5) CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation ("kill") fees are based on the amount of work completed. 100% refund is available within 36 hours of initial order IF printing has not started. 75% refund of full payment is available after 36 hours and before 7 days of initial order IF printing has not started.

NO REFUND is available if client has approved the final proofs and printing has started. No refund is available for rush orders. This policy is due to the fact that our invitations are custom-made for you and cannot be used by someone else.

As stated above in our 4) Guarantee section, if the TEXT printed on your invitations fails to match the proofs that you approved, we will correct the error free of charge by reprinting your cards and send you the new product.

6) SHIPMENT

We ship to most countries. Domestic USA shipping costs $30-$40 depending on the total weight of package. International shipping costs $75-$85 depending on the total weight of the package.

All packages are shipped using the latest packing standards with plastic sealing and foam padding to provide shock absorption. We ship via UPS and FEDEX. All packages are insured.

7) SAMPLES POLICY

We do not send out samples. Sometimes exceptions are made on an individual basis. MajesticInvites.com has a strict NO REFUND policy on samples. Exception to the no refund policy is made only if there is a defect in the samples and if the product is returned within 14 days.

8) MISCELLANEOUS:

Payment of your order acts as a legal agreement binding upon Majestic Invites and the client listed in the order. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties.
