Q-1 Do you provide printing services?
Yes, we do provide all sorts of printing services ranging from multi-colored offset, silkscreen, leaf printing, die embossing and die cutting. All the services are in-house and are backed by a team of professional design unit. The printing services are excellent and totally customized. We can print in ANY language of the world, just provide us with the text.

Q-2 How do I send my desired invitation wording or text for the card? 
You can send us the wordings in the form of an e-mail as Word file, PowerPoint, PDF or Notepad file. You can also send the text directly through E-mail. Kindly mention other details required, such as RSVP card, Thank-You card, or any Additional Inserts if needed in similar way by email. 

Q-3 What is the invitation proof procedure?
We will give you a colored proof that will be in card size in a form of jpg files either by email or fax. You can then suggest changes and alterations as required and we will re-give the proofs until it is approved. After you have approved the final changes, we start printing.

Q4 Are there any font choices for the invitation wording?
Apart from English, we also print in other languages, such as Spanish, French, Chinese, Arabic, Hindi, Gujrati, Punjabi, Tamil & Bengali and ANY OTHER foreign language. Just send us the Word files or text by email or fax. We have typesetting facilities at our end.

You also have a choice of sending us your own fonts, or symbols. All this can be done via email or fax, or an in-person meeting if you are within the NY-Metro area.

Q-5 Can I order samples before I place the actual bulk order?
A- No. We have stopped sending out samples as the response to our collection has been too big and it has become too costly for us to send all inquirers our samples. Our papers are rare, handmade and imported from abroad...therefore, it is too costly for us to send samples out. 

Q-6 What is the minimum time of delivery for the order?
Invitations take 3-4 weeks to create and print after proofs are reviewed and approved by clients. We can do rush orders for a small fee and deliver your invitations within 2 weeks.

Q-7 Do you offer matching mailer envelopes, RSVP cards, Thank-You cards, Program cards, or additional insert papers for your invitations?
Yes, for every invitation style you see, we offer matching RSVP cards, Thank-You cards, and program cards. Right now we are running a promotion and offer RSVP Cards & Envelopes + printing FREE OF CHARGE. Mailer envelopes are free of charge with all orders - and match each style.

Q-8 What is offered in each invitation set?
For every invitation style you see on our website/catalog, the set includes 

Scrolls: Scroll, scroll box, RSVP Card, RSVP Envelope, outer mailer envelope (or outer mailer box).

Designer Cards: Invitation itself, 2 inserts RSVP card, RSVP envelope, outer mailer envelope (or outer mailer box).

Printing on all invitation components is included during our promotional sale. Our company name is pre-printed on the back of all outer mailer envelopes in small font. Client can pay an additional fee of $75 not to have our company name printed.

All mailer envelopes are non-stick, i.e. sealing is end-user responsibility. We do this because our papers are silk handmade, velvet, or wooly, and self-sealing envelopes are not the best solution for such papers. We recommend 2-sided tape sold in any store and/or a wax kit sold in craft supplies stores (for about $20-25) which will make your invitation stand out even more. The 2-sided tape (also called double-sided tape) seals our envelopes very well. 

The sizes of each invitation are stated on each collection page on our website and on our catalog.

Thank You notes, Programs, and additional inserts are available for an additional small fee.
